面向"两业融合"的飞行器制造工程专业人才培养体系重构
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes systematically the demand for the quantity and quality of talent cultivation in the integration of civil aviation transportation and civil aircraft manufacturing industries in China.The industry characteristics and era characteristics of civil aviation transportation and aviation manufacturing industries in China is analyzed,and the advantages and challenges of talent cultivation quality in the field of aircraft manufacturing engineering at our university is also summarized.Based on the overall strategic goals and tasks of building a strong transportation country and a new chapter in civil aviation,combined with the research and development of domestically produced civil aircraft in China,the talent training goals of the aircraft manufacturing engineering major in our university is relocated,and the overall idea and optimizing are also proposed,committed to continuously improving the quality of professional talent training.关键词
