支撑高质量人才培养的国家重点实验室科研育人模式研究与创新实践

Abstract
This research takes the innovation mode of integrating research and education within National Key Laboratories,focusing on the cultivation of top innovative talents.Adopting a theory-practice integrated approach,the research conducts an in-depth analysis of current challenges and core dilemmas in research-based education.By leveraging the unique scientific resources and platform advantages of National Key Laboratories,the research explores mechanisms for organically merging major research platforms with undergraduate education.The aim of the study is to optimize talent development systems for undergraduates,enhance laboratories'capacity to support students'research practice and innovation capabilities,accelerate the growth of outstanding talents,and activate the embedded"Chief-Engineer"educational culture(a signature ethos for cultivating leading talents),academic spirit,and ideological-political education elements within research platforms.These contributions will provide theoretical and practical frameworks for accelerating the"Double First-Class"initiative and achieving goals for nurturing top innovative talents,while significantly advancing the modernization of higher education governance and deepening the integration of research and education.关键词
