课程思政在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学课程教学中的应用与评价
The application and evaluation of curriculum ideological and political education in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery teaching

Abstract
Objective To explore the application of curriculum ideological and political education in the course of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the evaluation of its teaching effect.Methods A total of 186 students from the 1st to 4th classes of the Clinical Medicine major of Wannan Medical College,2020 grade,were randomly divided into experimental group(n=96)and control group(n=90).The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group integrated curriculum ideological and political education into the teaching of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.The academic performance,recognition of curriculum ideological and political education,and satisfaction evaluation of the teaching effect were compared between the two groups.Results The score of basic medical knowledge in the experimental group((80.24±8.74)points)was higher than that in the control group((75.09±9.57)points),and the score of professional practice ability((39.75±5.01)points)was higher than that in the control group((35.88±4.37)points)(all P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the recognition of curriculum ideological and political education between the two groups(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the course teaching than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The integration of curriculum ideological and political education into Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery can improve students'political literacy and professional ethics,and lay a solid foundation for cultivating all-round medical talents.关键词
