三段式多层次全过程教学评价反馈体系在高校教学中的重要性

Abstract
Teaching evaluation feedback system is an important part of teaching and has guiding significance to teaching.A perfect teaching evaluation feedback system is the guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality talents.Aiming at the problems of the current teaching evaluation feedback system in colleges and universities,we proposes a three-stage,multi-level and whole-process teaching evaluation feedback system,and takes its trial operation results in the Department of Medical Genetics and Cell Biology as an example,reflecting that the perfect teaching evaluation feedback system can effectively improve the teaching effect,some experience and enlightenment in the operation of the three-stage teaching evaluation feedback are summarized,which provides theoretical data for the better implementation of the teaching evaluation system in the later period.关键词
