摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of integrated appropriate traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)techniques on patients with arrhythmia. Methods The study included 120 patients with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024.They were randomly assigned to two groups(n=60 each,by a random number list):The control group(routine intervention)and observation group(integrated appropriate TCM techniques plus routine intervention). We compared arrhythmia symptoms(including frequency of premature a-v junctional beats, atrial premature beats, ventricular premature beats),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score(including daytime function, sleep quality, sleeping drugs, time of falling asleep, sleep disorder, sleep time, sleep efficiency),cardiac function index(including cardiac index, cardiac output, left ventricular ejection fraction),TCM syndrome scores and efficacy at baseline and after nursing between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.67%[58/60]vs 73.33%[44/60],P<0.05).After intervention, the observation group demonstrated significant improvement across multiple measures compared both with its baseline and the control group(all P<0.05).Specifically,the numbers of premature beats in the observation group were significantly decreased;the total and dimensions scores of PSQI scale in the observation group were significantly reduced;the cardiac function indexes were significantly increased;and the TCM syndrome scores(palpitation, chest tightness, chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, dry mouth, irritability, and insomnia)were significantly lower. Conclusion The application of integrated appropriate TCM techniques in patients with arrhythmia can improve their clinical symptoms, arrhythmia situation, cardiac function index levels, and sleep quality, and can enhance the treatment effect.关键词
