养阴解毒通络方在非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用研究
Study on Yangyin Jiedu Tongluo Prescription in treating non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Yangyin Jiedu Tongluo Prescription in treating non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 120 NSCLC patients treated at our hospital were enrolled and randomly assigned to two groups(n=60 each,by a random number list):A control group(paclitaxel+cisplatin chemotherapy)and a study group(paclitaxel+cisplatin chemotherapy plus Yangyin Jiedu Tongluo Prescription),the treatments lasted 4 cycles(3 weeks as a chemotherapy cycle).Outcomes assessed before and after treatment included traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)efficacy,tumor markers(serum carcinoembryonic antigen[CEA],carbohydrate antigen 125[CA125]),T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+),the score of Karnofsky Performance status(KPS),and the treatment-emergent adverse events(TEAEs)between the two groups.Results After treatment,the study group demonstrated significant improvement across multiple measures compared both with its baseline and the control group(all P<0.05).Specifically,T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+)levels were significantly higher,tumor markers levels(CEA and CA125)were significantly lower,and KPS scores were increased.The curative effect of TCM in the study group was significantly higher compared with the control group(75.00%[45/60])vs 56.67%[34/60],P<0.05).The TEAEs in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.67%[10/60]vs 33.33%[20/60],P<0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Jiedu Tongluo Prescription can enhance the immune function,reduce the level of tumor markers and improve the quality of life of NSCLC patients,with accurate effect and high safety.关键词
