基于"双带头人"视角的高校教师党支部书记工作室培育机制探索

Abstract
The Party branches of university teachers,as the nerve endings of grass-roots Party building,are deeply integrated into the front line of education and research,playing an important role in connecting teachers and students and leading ideas.This paper examines the current status,existing challenges,and issues faced by the Party branches of college teachers at present,using a"dual leadership"model of teacher Party branch secretary studios in colleges and universities as an illustration.The paper summarizes the operational characteristics of grassroots Party branches in colleges and universities and proposes practical measures for cultivating"dual leadership"teacher Party branch secretaries'studios.The aim of the study is to establish a set of working methods and cultivation mechanisms that can be demonstrated and promoted,providing guidance for integrating grassroots Party building work with academic endeavors in colleges and universities in this new era.关键词
