药浴V号凝胶治疗头部寻常型银屑病临床观察
Effect and mechanism of medicinal bath V gel in treating head psoriasis vulgaris

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of medicinal bath V gel in treating head psoriasis vulgaris.Methods From January to June 2022,40 patients with head psoriasis vulgaris from the Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital were randomized 1:1 to medicinal bath V gel(observation group)or calcipotriol/betamethasone gel(control group)for four weeks.The psoriasis scalp severity index(PSSI)score and quality of life(Scalpdex)score,and the number of capillaries in superficial dermis were included as comparisons between groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of PSSI and Scalpdex,and the number of capillaries in the superficial dermis of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),while,there was no significant difference in the improvement rate of the above indexes between groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy between observation group and the control group by rank sum test(90%[18/20]vs 90%[18/20],P>0.05).Conclusion Medicinal bath V gel is effective in treating head psoriasis vulgaris,and it may inhibit the inflammation of psoriasis by reducing the number of capillaries in skin lesions and inhibiting capillary formation.关键词
