中医情志管理在维持性血液透析患者心理应激障碍中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emotional therapy in the treatment of psychological stress disorders in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods A total of 128 patients with MHD admitted from July 2023 to July 2024 were randomly divided into two groups with an average ratio of 1:1,with 64 patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the experimental group additionally received TCM emotional management intervention.We compared clinical post-traumatic stress disorder diagnostic scale(CAPS)score,regulatory emotional self-efficacy scale(SRESE)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,and the treatment-emergent adverse events(TEAEs)and satisfaction between the two groups.Results After intervention,the experimental group demonstrated significant improvement across multiple measures compared both with its baseline and the control group(all P<0.05).Specifically,CAPS subscale scores for symptoms of re-experience,avoidance,and hyperarousal were significantly decreased(P<0.05);SRESE subscale scores for the ability to express positive emotions and manage negative emotions were significantly increased(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores were significantly reduced(P<0.05),indicating improved psychological stress disorder.The TEAEs was significantly lower in the experimental group(9.38%[6/64]vs 25.00%[16/64],P<0.05)and the satisfaction were significantly higher compared with the control group(98.44%[63/64]vs 76.56%[49/64],P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional therapy for MHD patients can reduce the incidence of complications,effectively improve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,enhance patient satisfaction,and promote early recovery.关键词
