微生物驱动矿物风化成土及促进矿业固废生态化利用研究进展
Research progress of microorganisms driving mineral weathering into soil and promoting ecological utilization of mining solid wastes
摘要
Abstract
Solid wastes such as gangue and tailings are produced greatly every year, and they have good physicochemical properties such as rich mineral elements and loose mineral particle size.Converting mining solid wastes into soil-like substrates is the internal demand of green mining and modern agriculture. The weathering process of rocks&minerals or tailings is closely related to the metabolic activities of microorganisms in addition to physical and chemical processes. The mineral structure can be destroyed or corroded via the action of microbial activities and metabolites, and subsequently the secondary minerals are produced while mineral elements are leched, which provides the material basis for soil formation. The process of microbial biochemical metabolism significantly affects the accumulation of soil organic matter and the circulation of nutrients, and it is also conducive to the formation of soil aggregates and the improvement of soil properties;however, the issues such as the microscopic process and regulation mechanism of mineral weathering driven by microorganisms are still unclear.Focusing on the physicochemical properties of soils composition and their agglomeration performance, the significant roles of microorganisms and environmental factors on the minerals weathering were analyzed, and the complex process and the laws of mineral weathering into soil were then explored. In the end,the future research on biological weathering of minerals/tailings was prospected so as to get an outlook in this field.关键词
