广西咖啡产业现状及"十五五"高质量发展对策建议
Current Status of Coffee Industry in Guangxi and Strategies for Its High-Quality Develop-ment during the 15th Five-Year Plan Period

Abstract
This study comprehensively utilized field research and literature analysis methods to summarize the current development status of the coffee industry in Guangxi,systematically sort out the current development status and prominent issues of the industry in terms of planting,process-ing,technological support,and market consumption,and proposed targeted strategies for the 15th Five-Year Plan period,providing decision-making references for promoting the quality improve-ment,efficiency enhancement,and high-quality development of the industry.Guangxi is located in the"World Coffee Gold Planting Belt",which belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate area,and has abundant water and heat resources,and the soil is predominantly weakly acidic red soil and laterite,characterized by deep layers and high organic matter content,which can provide a suitable natural environment for the growth of coffee trees.Guangxi coffee industry benefits from the favor-able natural conditions and the geographical advantage stemming from its proximity to ASEAN,having initially formed an industrial chain that spans cultivation,processing,and marketing.How-ever,the industry remains in its early stages of development and faces multiple constraints,such as unstable foundation in the planting industry,short value chain in the processing industry and lag-ging construction of the scientific and technological support system.To achieve high-quality industri-al development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period,it is proposed to fully leverage the local re-source endowment and geographical advantages,focus on strengthening the selection of superior va-rieties and the independent supply of seedlings,and promote the moderate-scale development of large-scale planting in suitable areas;strengthen the research and promotion of efficient shading cul-tivation technologies to promote standardized planting;leverage the advantages of ASEAN to build a processing trade hub,explore high-value and differentiated development paths;improve the scien-tific and technological support system,and drive industrial innovation and development.Through systematic technological empowerment and coordinated industrial chain advancement,Guangxi cof-fee industry would be comprehensively propelled toward high-quality,efficient,and sustainable de-velopment.关键词
