针刺联合益肾强肝抗疲方治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效及对患者血清炎症因子、血脂指标的影响
Clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Yishen Qianggan Kangpi Formula in treating patients with chronic fatigue syndrome and its impacts on serum inflammatory factors and blood lipid indicators

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Yishen Qianggan Kangpi Formula in treating patients with chronic fatigue syndrome,and its impacts on serum inflammatory factors and blood lipid indicators.Methods A total of 118 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome visited our hospital from August 2021 to July 2023 were enrolled.They were randomized 1:1 to Yishen Qianggan Kangpi Formula(decoction treatment group)or acupuncture combined with Yishen Qianggan Kangpi Formula(combined treatment group)for 30 days.The clinical efficacy of two groups was recorded,and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,serum inflammatory factor levels including interleukin-6(IL-6),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),blood lipid index levels including total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fatigue level scores including Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14)and Fatigue Assessment Instrument(FAI),and sleep quality and anxiety scores including Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were included as comparisons.Results The total effective rate in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the decoction treatment group(84.75%[50/59]vs 69.49%[41/59],P<0.05).After treatment,the both groups had significantly lower TCM syndrome scores,IL-6,IFN-γ,TNF-α,TC,TG,and LDL-C levels,higher HDL-C,decreased FS-14,FAI,PSQI and HAMA scores relative to before treatment(all P<0.05),and the combined treatment group was superior to the decoction treatment group for the above indexes(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Yishen Qianggan Kangpi Formula can efficiently reduce TCM syndrome score of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome,correct abnormal lipid metabolism,alleviate fatigue,improve sleep quality and anxiety,with an obvious therapeutic effect.关键词
