基于文献的民间草药堇叶碎米荠的现代研究概述及中药药性理论探讨
Overview of modern research on the folk medicinal herb Cardamine circaeoides Hook.f. & Thomson and theoretical exploration of the medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry,the demand for Chinese medicinal materials continues to grow.Actively researching folk herbs is an effective strategy to ensure the sustainable utilization of TCM resources.The folk herb Cardamine circaeoides Hook.f.&Thomson,a plant of the Brassicaceae family,has a long history of medicinal use.Although scattered records of its medicinal properties exist in classical materia medica,the descriptions vary,and its TCM standards have yet to be established.This study adopts a"from literature research to theoretical discussion"research strategy.Based on existing literature,it reviews the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Cardamine circaeoides.Guided by TCM theory and building on clinical records from classical texts,the study further explores the medicinal properties of this herb.Cardamine circaeoides is characterized as bitter,sweet,astringent,and cool in nature.It enters the spleen,kidney,liver,and large intestine meridians.Its functions include clearing heat and eliminating dampness,resolving turbidity and reducing lipids,arresting discharge(such as leukorrhea),relieving dysentery,stopping bleeding,and tonifying deficiency.It is used to treat dysentery and diarrhea due to damp-heat accumulation,leukorrhea,gonorrhea,sores and abscesses,hyperlipidemia and diabetes caused by constitutional damp-heat,hematemesis,hematochezia,hematuria,metrorrhagia,as well as fatigue due to consumptive deficiency.The recommended dosage is 10～30 g of dried herb decocted in water for oral administration,and it is non-toxic.By defining the TCM properties of the folk herb Cardamine circaeoides,this study provides theoretical guidance for its clinical application and rational compatibility with other Chinese medicines.It also contributes to the establishment of standards for Cardamine circaeoides,thereby supporting the enrichment of TCM resources.关键词
