叶顶间隙对贯流式水轮机空化特性影响分析
Influence Analysis of Tip Clearance on Cavitation Characteristics of Tubular Turbines

Abstract
To investigate the influence of tip clearance variation on the cavitation characteristics of tubular turbines,this study conducts full-flow passage CFD numerical simulations on a prototype turbine based on the Zwart-Gerber-Belamri cavitation model and the SST k-ω turbulence model.The cavitation evolution and flow characteristics under three co-ordination conditions and three tip clearances(0.15 mm,0.20 mm,0.25 mm)are systematically analyzed.The results show that an increase in tip clearance intensifies leakage flow,expands the low-pressure zone and bubble coverage area near the blade tip on the suction side,leading to a maximum efficiency drop of 1.11%at the critical cavitation point.Pressure pulsation analysis reveals that the pulsation amplitude is suppressed in regions with concentrated bubbles,while significant fluctuations occur in uncovered regions.The research findings can provide theoretical reference for cavitation suppression and operational optimization of tubular turbines.关键词
