摘要

Abstract

The proper setting of alarm thresholds in the online monitoring of transformer operating states is crucial for its safe and stable operation.In the past,problems such as human errors,poor equivalence between small cavity models and actual transformer discharges,high costs of full-size transformer discharge testing and limited fault location made high-frequency threshold analysis difficult.To address these issues,this paper proposes a multi-capacitor network model for 500 kV transformers based on multi-conductor transmission line theory.By comparing the simulation and measured values of partial discharge(PD)signal characteristic parameters in the frequency range of 3 to 30 MHz at different grounding locations,the results show that the simulation equivalent voltage at the transformer core grounding position has an error of 8.87%compared to the measured high-frequency current sensor output voltage,and the simulation discharge quantity at the bushing end screen grounding has an error of 9.47%compared to the measured discharge quantity.The results validate the reliability of the simulation model.Additionally,a simulation study of high-frequency current transfer characteristics during transformer turn-to-turn insulation breakdown is conducted,revealing that the ratio of the current signal at the core grounding position to the fault source current amplitude(the transfer ratio at the core grounding)ranges from 2%to 46.18%.The closer the position to the core,the greater the transfer ratio.This research provides a theoretical basis for the study of transformer high-frequency current signal transmission characteristics and threshold analysis of transformer active defence technologies.
