摘要

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application effect of photon film on pepper in solar greenhouses.The pepper variety'Latianxia 18'was planted in the greenhouse with the ordinary PO film(control group)or the photon film(experimental group).The transmission spectrum of photon film and the effects of photon film on the growth,fruit quality,and fruit yield of pepper plants in solar greenhouses were studied.The results showed that compared with the control group,the experimental group exhibited increases of 2.55%,3.88%and 2.78%in blue light,red-orange light,and far-red light,decreases of 3.45%and 6.03%in purple light and green light,and increases of 11.98%and 11.57%in PFD value and PPFD value,respectively.The experimental group showed higher plant height,petiole length,leaf thickness,and SPAD value and lower leaf surface temperature of pepper plants than the control group.At the same time,the photon film treatment increased the fresh weight,dry weight,and yield of pepper fruits by 8.74%,21.99%(P<0.05),and 11.19%(P<0.05),respectively.Moreover,the spiciness and the total amount of capsaicin substances showed no significant difference from the control group,and the experimental group had higher content of vitamin C(P<0.05),soluble protein(P<0.05),and soluble sugar(P<0.05)in pepper fruits than the control.In summary,the photon film can increase the proportions of blue light,red-orange light,and far-red light in the greenhouse and the PFD and PPFD value,improve the light environment in the greenhouse,and promote the growth of pepper plants and dry matter accumulation of fruits,thereby improving the fruit quality and yield.
