Research on the Construction of Regional Sports Industry Innovation Consortiums

Abstract
An innovation consortium is an organizational model where multiple entities collaborate on key projects.It is a technological innovation organization that is enterprise-led,market-oriented,and features deep integration of industry,academia,research,and application.Using methods such as logical analysis and expert interviews,this study investigates the practical considerations,hinder-ing dilemmas,and conceptual frameworks for the construction of regional sports industry innovation consortiums.Practical considera-tions from three dimensions:scientific connotation,core characteristics,and historical evolution:reveal that,the governance structure of the regional sports industry still needs improvement,innovation synergy urgently needs to be formed,scale effects still need to be strengthened,and basic elements urgently need revitalization.Furthermore,the following conceptual frameworks are proposed.Scenario-driven,agglomerative resource orchestration and optimized resource allocation.Four-chain linkage,coordinated resource orchestration and industrial innovation capability.Network evolution,empowering resource orchestration and locational innovation advantage.System construction,symbiotic resource orchestration and sustainable development.关键词
