Analysis and Optimization of the Coupling of Supply and Demand of Urban Sports Park Services for the Elderly:An Empirical Study of 429 Questionnaires of Middle-aged and Elderly People in Wuhan Based on the SERVQUAL Model

Abstract
Taking Wuhan as an example,this study constructs a supply and demand evaluation system for aging services in urban sports parks based on the SERVQUAL model,and uses the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate the matching level of supply and demand.Through field research on 52 sports parks in Wuhan and statistical analysis of 429 questionnaire data,the overall coupling coordination degree of aging services is 0.634,which belongs to the primary coordination and demand lag type.There are significant differences at the subsystem level,among which there are tangible and high-quality coordination,while there are different degrees of imbalance in reliability,responsiveness and other dimensions,exposing the structural contradiction of"high-quality hardware facilities and lagging software services".Therefore,this paper proposes a service optimization path with"quality adaptation"as the core,con-struct a hierarchical demand-oriented motion space system,design a full-cycle service operation and maintenance guarantee mecha-nism,build an intelligent service response platform,improve the professional quality assurance system,and innovate the humanistic participation incentive model.In order to promote the supply of aging services in urban sports parks from low-level balance to high-quality coordination,it will provide support for improving the health and well-being of the elderly and improving the construction of urban age-friendly services.关键词
