电子竞技的归属争议、治理困境与应对策略
Ownership Disputes,Governance Challenges,and Coping Strategies in Esports
摘要
Abstract
Associated with the evolution of ICTs and the development of gaming culture,esports have become a worldwide phenomenon among youth culture and digital landscape.Even though the question of whether esports belongs to sport activity remains in controver-sy,today's esports industry has generated a complex ecosystem.The continuous dissolution and expansion of the boundaries between traditional games,competitive sports,and media,the elements and practices of esports have transcended the arena of sports.Esports has become an assemblage of heterogeneous elements and multiple stakeholders.The emergence of heterogeneous assemblage poses in-creased demands for effective governance in esports.By examining current governance challenges within the digital society context,this paper proposes response strategies,including improving the policy and legal framework and strengthening top-level design,standardiz-ing the development of governance organizations and focusing on specific industry issues,and optimizing the competition management system to foster a fair competitive environment.关键词
