Evolution and Future Trends of Research Hotspots in Contemporary Chinese Wushu:A Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
As an important carrier of excellent traditional chinese culture,wushu has shown a diversified development trend in the new era,driven by both policy guidance and academic exploration.Based on 1,742 wushu research articles from CNKI core journals be-tween 2015 and 2025,visualization analysis was conducted using CiteSpace software to identify research hotspots and trends over the past decade.The results indicate that the number of publications initially increased but then fluctuated and decreased.While sports colleges and normal universities are the primary research forces,a stable core author group has yet to emerge,and the institutional collaboration network suffers from regional clustering and insufficient interdisciplinary collaboration.Research hotspots are concentrated in three dimensions,wushu ontology and culture,educational dissemination and contemporary integration.Recently,international communication,discourse system and wushu techniques have become emerging themes.Current research faces challenges such as frag-mented theoretical systems,insufficient international communication effectiveness,and uneven educational popularization.Future ef-forts should focus on strengthening interdisciplinary team building,deepening theoretical system construction,innovating international communication pathways,and improving whole-stage education system.These advancements will promote the wushu discipline high-quality development and contribute to both the modernization transformation and global communication of excellent traditional chinese culture.关键词
