Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of postpartum depression with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine

Abstract
Postpartum depression is the most common type of postpartum psychiatric syndrome and a common gynecological disease.In recent years,the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has revealed unique advantages in treating the disease,but its diagnosis and treatment standards have not yet been established.This guide is based on the latest international and domestic guidelines,integrating the diagnostic and therapeutic experience and research results of experts in traditional Chinese medicine,Western medicine,and the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.It is formulated according to the standard methods and steps of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines,and organically combines the key points of traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of the disease.It standardizes the definition,diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,and treatment of postpartum depression,in the hope of providing reference and guidance for its standardized diagnosis and treatment in China,helping clinical physicians at all levels to better apply the integrated diagnosis and treatment plan of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to its clinical practice.关键词
