Abstract
Gastric antispasmodic polypeptide-expressing metaplasia(SPEM),as a novel form of gastric mucosal metaplasia,is the initial step and key pathological link of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.It is of great significance to clarify its pathogenesis and propose practical regulatory strategies for it.Based on the theory of"deficiency of vital energy and excessive toxicity",this study explores the connotations of traditional Chinese medicine in the occurrence,development and even carcinogenesis of gastric SPEM,proposes corresponding traditional Chinese medicine regulatory strategies for it and analyzes their scientific natures,with the aim of providing new ideas for the intervention and treatment of gastric SPEM.关键词
