基于伏毒理论探讨慢性胃炎炎癌转化病机与防治
Exploration of the pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of"inflammation-cancer transformation"in chronic gastritis based on the concept of"latent toxicity"
摘要
Abstract
The theory of"latent toxicity"is of significant importance in explaining the pathogenesis of chronic gastritis progressing to gastric cancer.Under the framework of this theory, this study is aimed at exploring the pathogenesis and treatment methods for"inflammation-cancer transformation"in chronic gastritis, based on the prolonged presence of pathogenic factors that transform into toxins. It posits that the pathogenic factors lurk in the gastric channels, leading to disharmony and failure of gastric function;the intermingling of phlegm and blood stasis, and accumulating into toxins;the internal obstruction caused by hidden toxins, and resulting in hard masses, and the three phases represent the evolutionary process of"inflammation-cancer transformation"in chronic gastritis. The theory advocates for a flexible clinical differentiation of its pathogenesis, with an early intervention to disrupt the progression of the disease. It suggests strategies for the prevention and treatment of"inflammation-cancer transformation"in chronic gastritis, such as expelling pathogenic factors and unblocking channels, regulating qi flow, resolving phlegm and promoting blood, activating qi circulation to relieve depression, and clearing heat and detoxifying to reduce swelling and dissipate masses. This study is expected to provide preventive and diagnostic insights for the transformation between chronic gastritis and gastric cancer.关键词
