基于病例系列分析探讨国医大师肖承悰治疗子宫腺肌病继发性痛经经验
Professor Xiao Chengzong's clinical experience in the treatment of dysmenorrhea induced by adenomyosis based on case series analysis

Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)master Xiao Chengzong regards dysmenorrhea induced by adenomyosis(AM)as a gynecological disease characterized by persistent congealing cold with blood stasis in the uterus.Its fundamental pathogenesis is attributed to"kidney yang deficiency,cold coagulation and blood stasis,and obstruction of the uterine channels".In its treatment,Xiao Chengzong focuses on the principles of"warmly unblocking the lower energizer,promoting qi circulation to disperse cold,and resolving stagnation to unblock meridians",with commonly used herbs such as fenugreek seed,morinda root,combined spicebush root,yanhusuo,and medicinal evodia fruit.In addition,Professor Xiao also modifies his medication according to the accompanying complications of the disease,emphasizing integrating the disease differentiation with its syndrome differentiation.For blood deficiency,the qi-tonifying and blood-nourishing herbs are added;for breast lumps,the liver-soothing and mass-dispersing herbs are prescribed;for vaginal discharge with cold or heat symptoms,the herbs that strengthen the spleen and promote dampness excretion or the herbs that clear heat and eliminate turbidity are selected respectively.Moreover,Professor Xiao ingeniously incorporates insect drugs such as centipede,earthworm,and scorpion into his treatment,effectively removing stubborn cold coagulation and blood stasis,utilizing their dynamic properties to counteract stagnation,and achieving remarkable results.关键词
