基于不同喉径喷嘴内部自发凝结的数值分析
Numerical Analysis of Spontaneous Condensation Inside Nozzles with Different Throat Diameters

Abstract
Spontaneous condensation of wet steam always occurs inside the nozzle of the steam injector,this is due to the two-phase non-equilibrium flow of wet steam with shifting phase and heat transfer processes in the nozzle and the mixing chamber,where the flow mechanism is much more complicated than single-phase flow.Spontaneous condensation seriously affects the working efficiency of the steam injector and even reduces its working life.By changing the geometric parameters of the nozzle,an intrinsic relationship between wet steam condensation behavior and nozzle throat diameter is constructed.Numerical simulation is conducted based on the nozzle model established by laboratory data to verify the correctness of the model.The results show that the average relative error with the laboratory data is 1.77%,and the maximum relative error is 4.18%.Increasing the throat diameter can inhibit the spontaneous condensation behavior of wet steam to a certain extent.关键词
