基于RobotStudio与PLC联合仿真的轮毂抛磨生产线研究

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,insufficient accuracy and high energy consumption in the traditional wheel hub grinding production line,a wheel hub grinding production automation workstation is designed based on the joint simulation technology of RobotStudio and PLC.The NX software and RobotStudio software are used to design the end effector and optimize the layout of the production line.The tool coordinates are calibrated by the quaternion method,the Smart component of the hub grinding workstation is created,the robot system signal is associated with the PLCSIM simulation signal,the PLC and RAPID control programs of the hub grinding production line are developed,and the virtual Ethernet and the RSConnectDIOToSnap7 component are used to establish the real-time communication mechanism between RobotStudio and TIA Portal.The joint simulation of the industrial robot hub grinding production line is completed to optimize the robot path and power consumption.The results show that by optimizing the design of the end effector and the layout of the production line,when the industrial robot works at 80%of the running speed,the total motor power for completing a single task process is reduced by 10.2%,the total motor energy is reduced by 13.2%,and the time is saved by 32.3%.关键词
