职业院校汽车专业群分类分层人才培养路径研究与实践
Research and Practice of the Training Path of Classified and Stratified Talents in Automotive-related Major in Polytechnics

Abstract
In response to the problem that the single type of professional talent supply in automotive-related major in vocational education cannot meet the needs of the automotive industry's clustered development,the conventional talent cultivation path and the cultivation platform are not suitable for the diversified talents of diverse sources,and the automotive-related similar professional courses are intertwined,and the teaching resources are repeatedlg constructed,based on the mode of industrial and educational integration alliance and multi-modal collaborative running mechanism,"classified and layered talent cultivation"path and practical methods are innovatively proposed,"professional cluster,general admission,secondary distribution,credit system reform,and five-in-one talent cultivation platform construction"comprehensive reform is carried out,which systematically solves the above problems,improve the quality of talent cultivation.The research achievement entitled"Five-in-One,Two-Dimension Construction,and Diversified Talent Development:Research and Practice on the Classified and Layered Talent Cultivation Path for Automobile Specialty Group"is finally formed.The achievement builds a"five-in-one"student diversified talents collaborative cultivation platform of"school,industry,enterprise,research,and alliance",based on the two dimensions of time and course,constructed a"block-like"talent cultivation curriculum system,carried out a comprehensive reform of"professional cluster,general admission and secondary distribution and credit system"for diversified talents,and achieves the goal of"talent cultivation centered on students"through classified and layered cultivation.关键词
