摘要

Abstract

To analyze the performance of aluminum alloy laser welding joints,and to explore the influence of process parameters on the macroscopic formation,microstructure and mechanical properties of the weld,using 1060 aluminum alloy as the base plate and 5356 aluminum alloy with a diameter of 1.2 mm as the welding wire,multiple groups of experiments are conducted by changing three process parameters:laser power,wire feeding speed and laser scanning width respectively.Macroscopic morphology analysis,porosity analysis,hardness test and tensile test are carried out on the obtained different welds respectively,and the porosity of the welds and the weld-forming coefficients are analyzed and compared emphatically.According to the different weld properties,relatively better experimental parameters are obtained,and a comparative analysis is carried out by the control variable method.The experimental results show that the laser power has a greater influence on the weld penetration depth,and the scanning width has a greater influence on the weld width.Therefore,the laser power and the scanning width have a greater influence on the weld-forming coefficient,and the larger the laser power and the faster the wire-feeding speed,the more easily pores are formed in the weld.
