Operational Strategies of Combat Actions under Cost Endogeneity:A Bargaining Game Perspective

Abstract
To reveal the influence mechanism of military cost and other factors on combat strategy selection,a bargaining game model that incorporates endogenous military costs was constructed.Considering that cognitive bias can cause information misjudgment,the model was extended to analyze how cognitive bias influences combat strategy selection and the probability of war outbreak,and was validated by numerical analysis.The results show that a unique equilibrium solution exists for the proportion of benefit distribution during the bargaining phase.The impacts of military cost,reputation cost,and cognitive bias on the probability of war outbreak exhibit non-monotonic characteristics.Once the conflict enters the war phase,overestimating or underestimating the probability of winning will affect the military actor's choice of combat strategy.关键词
