摘要

Abstract

The traditional metal oxide electron transport layer requires high temperature annealing process,and the metal oxide electron transport layer prepared at low temperature usually has large number of defects.Therefore,how to prepare an efficient metal oxide electron transport layer by low temperature process is still a huge challenge in the field of perovskite solar cells.SnO2 electron trans-port layer is one of the most promising metal oxide electron transport layer materials in perovskite so-lar cells.In this study,niobium ethanol was introduced into the colloidal solution of SnO2 nanocrys-talline to improve the stability and uniformity of the precursor.High quality electron transport layer films were obtained by spinning coating at low temperature(≤130℃).The result shows that the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the flexible perovskite device based on the low-temperature elec-tron transport layer is 20.91%,the open circuit voltage is 1.12 V,the short circuit current is 25.13 mA/cm2,and the filling factor is 74.46%.This work provides convenience and feasibility for processing perovskite solar cells with low temperature solution process.
