摘要
Abstract
During the Laser Powder Bed Fusion(LPBF)process,the effect of the process parameters on the forming quality of the deposited tracks were investigated.The influence mechanism of the input Linear Energy Density(LED)on the stability of the deposited tracks were elucidated by combining the process experiment and numerical simulation.The results demonstrated that the stability of the de-posited tracks increased at first and then decreased as LED increased.When the LED was in the range of 0.55-1.0 J/mm,the deposited tracks with a smooth surface could be formed and fewer satellites could be observed adhering to the surface.In addition,the coefficient of variation of the deposited tracks height was low and the forming quality was good.Alternatively,the quality of the deposited tracks could be improved by increasing the laser power appropriately when the LED was constant.关键词
