颈动脉血管超声与头颈CTA在血管性帕金森综合征患者中的诊断价值
Diagnostic value of carotid artery ultrasound and head and neck CTA in vascular Parkinson's syndrome

Abstract
Objective TTo analyze the diagnostic value of carotid artery ultrasound and head and neck CTA in vascular Parkinson's syndrome.Methods A total of 50 patients with vascular Parkinson's syndrome admitted to Jiangsu Province Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2024 were selected as observation group,and 50 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted during the same period were selected as control group.All patients underwent carotid artery ultrasound,head and neck CTA,and other examinations and diagnoses in a double-blind state.The differences in carotid plaque ulceration,stenosis degree,plaque nature,and IMT between Parkinson's disease patients and vascular Parkinson's syndrome patients were compared.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of carotid artery ultrasound,head and neck CTA,and combined examination in the diagnosis of vascular Parkinson's syndrome were analyzed,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was plotted,and area under the curve(AUC)was calculated.Results The ulceration rate of plaques,severity of stenosis,proportion of fibrous plaques,and thickness of IMT in the patients with vascular Parkinson's syndrome were all higher than those in Parkinson's disease patients,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the examination of carotid artery ultrasound,head and neck CTA,and combined examination,the sensitivity(90.00%),specificity(88.00%),and accuracy(89.00%)of the combined examination in diagnosing vascular Parkinson's syndrome were the highest,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The AUC of the ROC curves for carotid artery ultrasound,head and neck CTA,and combined examination in diagnosing vascular Parkinson's syndrome was 0.815 9,0.804 7,and 0.908 5,respectively.Conclusion Carotid artery ultrasound and head and neck CTA both have good diagnostic efficacy in vascular Parkinson's syndrome,and the efficacy of combined diagnosis is higher,which can be used as a method to distinguish it from Parkinson's disease and is worth of promoting.关键词
