头痛患者心理弹性对睡眠障碍的影响:应对方式的中介效应
Impact of psychological resilience on sleep disorders in headache patients:The mediating effect of coping styles

Abstract
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of coping styles between sleep disorders and psychological re-silience levels in headache patients.Methods:A total of 100 headache patients treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were enrolled.The Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality In-dex(PSQI),and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were used to assess coping styles,sleep disorders,and psychological resilience.A mediating model was constructed to analyze the mediating role of coping styles.Re-sults:The active coping score was(13.02±3.65)points.The passive coping score was(15.34±3.51)points.The mean PSQI total score was(12.34±3.49)points,indicating sleep disorders in all patients.The mean CD-RISC total score was(16.33±5.90)points.Active coping was strongly negatively correlated with PSQI total score(r=-0.818,P＜0.01),while passive coping was strongly positively correlated with PSQI total score(r=0.890,P＜0.01).Active cop-ing showed a strong positive correlation with CD-RISC total score(r=0.779,P＜0.01),whereas passive coping ex-hibited a significant strong negative correlation(r=-0.868,P＜0.01).PSQI total score was strongly negatively corre-lated with CD-RISC total score(r=-0.850,P＜0.01).The mediating effects of active and passive coping were 0.347 and 0.809,accounting for 24.11％and 56.22％of the total effect,respectively.Conclusion:Coping styles plays a sig-nificant partial mediating role between sleep disorders and psychological resilience levels in headache patients.Clinical interventions should focus on reducing negative coping strategies and enhancing positive coping abilities to improve patients' psychosocial adaptation outcomes.关键词
