国家大型工程能否推动西部地区要素生产率提升?
Does the National Large-scale Project Promote the Improvement of Factor Productivity in the Western Region?An Empirical Test based on County-level Panel Data in Yunnan Province

Abstract
Solidly promoting the revitalization and modernization of the western region is the important content of common prosperity and Chinese modernization.This study examines 129 county-level administrative regions in Yunnan Province as the research objects to explore the path of redistributing and integrating the production factors by national large-scale project construction in the western region.It is found that national large-scale project construction can significantly promote the marginal output rate of capital and technological progress in county-level administrative regions with low per capita disposable income and weak resource endowment in the western region,and greatly optimize the marginal output rate of labor in county-level administrative regions with high per capita disposable income.At the same time,the national large-scale project construction can drive the county-level administrative regions with relatively weak resource endowment to strengthen pure neutral technological progress,promote the county-level administrative regions with relatively low per capita disposable income to strengthen pure biased technological progress,and restrain the pure biased technological innovation of the county-level administrative regions with relatively high resource endowment,so as to coordinate the pace of technological innovation in the western region to a certain extent.关键词
