ALB/Hcy比值与醒后卒中患者预后及交感神经兴奋性的相关性
Correlation between ALB/Hcy ratio and prognosis and sympathetic nervous system excitability in post-stroke patients after awakening
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between the albumin(ALB)/homocysteine(Hcy)ratio and sympathetic nervous system excitability in patients with wake-up stroke,as well as their prognostic value for patients. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select 167 patients with wake-up stroke admitted to the Handan Central Hospital from March 2022 to February 2025.They were assigned to poor group(58 cases)and good group(109 cases)based on 28-day prognosis.Baseline data,ALB/Hcy ratio and sympathetic nervous excitability were compared between the two groups. The correlation between ALB/Hcy ratio and sympathetic nervous excitability was analyzed. The factors affecting the prognosis of patients with wake-up stroke were analyzed, and the predictive value of each indicator for the prognosis of wake-up stroke was analyzed. Results The ALB/Hcy ratio in the poor group was lower than that in the good group, and the abnormal proportions of blood pressure variability, heart rate variability, blood glucose variability, and blood catecholamine were higher than those in the good group(P<0.05).The ALB/Hcy ratio in patients with abnormal blood pressure variability, heart rate variability, blood glucose variability, and blood catecholamine abnormalities was lower than that in normal patients, and each indicator was negatively correlated with the ALB/Hcy ratio(P<0.05).The ALB/Hcy ratio, blood pressure variability, heart rate variability, blood glucose variability, and catecholamine abnormalities were all factors associated with the prognosis of wake-up stroke(P<0.05).The AUC value of the combined prediction of ALB/Hcy ratio, blood pressure variability, heart rate variability, blood glucose variability, and catecholamine abnormalities in predicting patient prognosis was higher than that of each individual indicator(P<0.05).Conclusion The ALB/Hcy ratio is associated with sympathetic nervous excitability in patients with wake-up stroke, and the combination of the two can provide some reference for clinical prediction of prognosis.关键词
