职场青年祛"班味"的现实境遇与调适路径
The Realistic Situation and Adaptation Path for Young Office Workers to Shed the"Smell of Toil"

Abstract
The reconstruction of the labor system in the digital age has given rise to new forms of labor alienation among young office workers.In terms of time,flexible working hours and mobile technology blur the boundaries between work and life,reducing life time to a variable for capital accumulation.In terms of space,open-plan offices and digital surveillance form a complex disciplinary apparatus,reducing the body to a locatable data node.In terms of relationships,the performance system dismantles organic interpersonal connections,compressing collaborative value into quantifiable indicators.Young office workers resist through embodied practices to shed the"smell of toil",alternative labor,and symbolic demystification,but they fall into structural limitations such as the symbiotic predicament of technological empowerment and intensified surveillance,class differentiation based on cultural capital,and self-exploitation through individualized solutions.To break the cycle of alienation and resistance,it is necessary to reconstruct the labor ecosystem through systematic institutional adaptation.This can be achieved by democratizing technological governance through algorithm transparency and data rights confirmation,promoting a revolution in labor ethics through legislation on offline rights and health integrity indicators,and reshaping workplace power distribution through intergenerational co-governance and collaborative incentive mechanisms.关键词
