氢燃料电池汽车用氢中杂质组分的国际比对
International Comparison of Impurity Component in Hydrogen for Fuel Cell Vehicles

Abstract
Helium,argon,nitrogen,methane,ethane,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,and dimethylthioether(DMS)gas standards in hydrogen were prepared by the gravimetric method,and corresponding analytical methods were established for each component.The eight components contained in the CCQM-K164(Multi-component impurities in hydrogen for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles)international comparison sample were calibrated using gas standards.Due to the extremely low concentration of DMS,calibration was performed by the gas standard generated from a dynamic dilution device.The other components were directly calibrated using gas standards with similar molar fractions prepared by the gravimetric method.The comparison results show that,except for DMS,all seven other components achieved excellent international equivalence.The leading laboratory observed significant changes in DMS values before and after delivery,which contributed to the dispersion of the comparison results.In addition,it was found that the prepared standard contained trace amounts of neon.If the analytical method was not optimized for the separation of neon and helium,it would affect the accuracy of the helium measurement result.关键词
