摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the value traceability system in the field of gas in China and promote the establishment of the value traceability system of hydrogen refueling machine,based on the value traceability requirements of 70 MPa hydrogen,flow range 0.16~3.6 kg/min,1.5 grade mass flow meter and the measurement ability of the existing pVTt gas flow standard device,a four-stage value traceability system was proposed,and the first and second stages were preliminarily verified.The results show that the difference between the experimental and numerical simulation of the outflow coefficient of the air and hydrogen medium with the same Reynolds number is within 0.20%.Under the same Reynolds number,the difference between the outflow coefficient of air pressure of 2.5 MPa and hydrogen pressure of 4.5 MPa is less than 0.03%,which preliminarily verifies the feasibility of the traceability system and provides technical support for the traceability of sonic nozzles applied to hydrogen medium to air medium.
