乳酸-白蛋白比值与重症脑卒中患者近期死亡风险的相关性
Correlation between lactate-to-albumin ratio and recent mortality risk in patients with severe stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between lactate-to-albumin ratio(LAR)and short-term death risk of patients with severe stroke.Methods Totally 165 patients with severe stroke admitted to the 3201 Hospital from May 2020 to January 2024 were prospectively selected and are divided into death group and survival group based on their prognosis.The general information and laboratory test results of the two groups were collected.Multiple Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the factors influencing recent mortality in patients with severe stroke,and ROC curves were used to analyze the correlation between lactate levels and the risk of recent mortality in patients with severe stroke.Results The NIHSS score at admission in the survival group was lower than that in the death group,while no statistically significant differences were observed in other general data between the two groups(P>0.05).The GCS score was higher in the survival group than in the death group,while PCT,WBC,lactate,LAR,and CRP were lower in the survival group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in biochemical indicators such as systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,SOFA score,neutrophil count,and platelet count between the two groups(P>0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that NIHSS score at admission(OR=1.115,95%CI:1.002-1.240),lactate(OR=1.876,95%CI:1.497-2.350),LAR(OR=4.584,95%CI:2.632-7.985),and CRP(OR=1.025,95%CI:1.014-1.037)were factors associated with the survival status of severe stroke patients(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that LAR predicted near-term mortality in severe stroke patients with the AUC of 0.817(P<0.05).Conclusion LAR is related to the risk of recent death in patients with severe stroke.关键词
