一株生防真菌JX1的分离鉴定及其对大蒜产量和土壤酚酸类物质的影响
Isolation and identification of a biocontrol fungus JX1 and its effects on garlic yield and soil phenolic acids

Abstract
Garlic root rot is one of the most serious diseases in garlic producing areas,which seriously affects the yield and quality of garlic.Biocontrol microorganisms have attracted much attention because of their advantages of being friendly to environment,harmless to people and promoting crop growth and increasing yield.In this study,Fusarium oxyspo-rum,the main pathogen of garlic root rot isolated in the laboratory,was used as the test strain,and JX1,which had a good antagonistic effect on garlic root rot disease,was screened and identified as Phanerochaete chrysosporium by morphology and molecular biology.The field control effect of strain JX1 on garlic root rot was 56.13%,and the yield(fresh weight)of gar-lic treated with strain JX1 through root drench was significantly higher than that of the control.In the experimental bases of Jinxiang,Jiaxiang and Jining Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Phanerochaete chrysosporium had strong ability to degrade phthalic acid,benzoic acid,o-coumaric acid,ferulic acid and other allelopathic substances.The degra-dation effect was the best in the Jinxiang experimental site.The degradation rate of phthalic acid and benzoic acid was above 65.00%.The research results provide theoretical support for the ecological control of garlic diseases and the ecological restoration of soil continuous cropping obstacles.关键词
