Reflections on the Dilemmas,Policy Practice and Optimization Paths of Migrant Workers' Returning Home to Start Businesses
摘要
Abstract
Migrant workers' returning to home to start businesses has increasingly become an important engine for the comprehensive rural revitalization,which can effectively activate the vitality of rural development.However,there are still practical dilemmas such as insufficient support for the business startup environment and lack of capabilities among entrepreneurs.The existing policy system has played a significant supporting role in workers' returning to start businesses,but there is still a mismatch between the two.Efforts should be made to optimize the policy support system from two aspects:"institutional environment optimization"and"human capital enhancement",so as to effectively support migrant workers' returning to home to start businesses efficiently and inject lasting impetus into the comprehensive rural revitalization in the new era.关键词
