Dilemma and Breakthrough:Approach Selection and Realization of New Farmers Cultivation in Lishui City

Abstract
Talent is the key to rural revitalization.The construction and cultivation of new farmers is an important part of the modernization development of agriculture and rural areas.The high-quality and healthy development of new farmers is related to the common prosperity of Lishui.Based on the investigation of the current situation of new farmers cultivation in Lishui City,this paper reveals that although Lishui has achieved leapfrog development in the process of new farmers cultivation,it still faces practical dilemmas such as enhancement of government functions,imperfect cultivation system,insufficient accuracy,and imperfect guarantee mechanism.It puts forward solutions to optimize the government management model,improve a cultivation supply system,establish a classified training system,and expand the multilateral"cultivation chain"to create a"Lishui model"for cultivating new farmers according to local conditions.关键词
