A Study on the Mechanism and Pathways of Academic Competitions in Empowering the Professional Competence Improvement of Highly Skilled Talents from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
In the historical process of advancing Chinese modernization,iterative evolution of new quality productive forces has shown a significant upward trend in its factor reliance on highly skilled talents.As a practical carrier of industry-education integration,academic competitions increasingly demonstrate their supporting function in the cultivation system of professional competence of highly skilled talents.From the perspective of new quality productive forces,the article elaborates on the value and the mechanism through which academic competitions promote the enhancement of professional competence of highly skilled talents.The study is designed around three competence modules,including basic professional competence,comprehensive professional competence and high-level innovative competence,proposes pathways for enhancing the professional competence of highly skilled talents,and establishes a"three-step"progressive cultivation system.It aims to enhance the professional competence and job adaptability of highly skilled talents,thereby driving universities to optimize their cultivation models for highly skilled talents and better meet the demand of new quality productive forces for such talents.关键词
