Research on the Structure and Scheduling Optimization of Seru Production System in OL Company

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency,prolonged line changeover time,and slow response speed in OL Company's traditional pipeline production mode under multi-variety and small-batch order environments,the construction and scheduling optimization of the Seru production system for the company is investigated.Based on OL Company's practical requirements,a multi-worker circulating Seru production system is established through system type selection analysis,incorporating a U-shaped layout and dynamic task-switching mechanisms to optimize resource allocation and enhance production efficiency.A scheduling model for the Seru production system is developed with objectives of minimizing makespan and workforce size,where the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is employed to solve and optimize the system scheduling problem.Practical application results demonstrate that this Seru production system can significantly improve production efficiency by 10.2%,reduce labor costs by cutting 3 workers,and effectively enhance resource utilization.Compared with traditional pipeline production mode,the proposed system successfully mitigates frequent line changeover issues in multi-variety small-batch manufacturing environments.关键词
