多源数据融合的气象监测告警系统设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Meteorological Monitoring and Warning System Based on Multi source Data Fusion

Abstract
This paper designs a meteorological operational monitoring and alarm system that integrates multi-source data.Based on Python automated data collection technology,cross-platform network communication,and a layered architecture,the system achieves 24-hour real-time monitoring of automatic weather station message status,radar base data generation status,and network link connectivity.It also enables structured alarm push notifications on mobile devices through the DingTalk platform.Application results demonstrate that the system's response time from fault detection to alarm push does not exceed 20 seconds,reducing the average equipment fault resolution time from 3 hours(including weekends)to within 33 minutes.This significantly lowers data missing rates,enhances meteorological equipment maintenance efficiency,and provides reusable technical references for smart meteorological monitoring.关键词
