两汉"诸子"的中央与地方关系思想研究
A Study of the"Hundred Schools of Thought"on the Relationship Between the Central and Local Authorities during the Han Dynasty
摘要
Abstract
During the pre-Qin period, the"Hundred Schools of Thought"proposed various theories on the relationship between the central and local governments within the framework of the feudal system.Building upon this foundation, the"philosophers"of the Han Dynasty(206 B.C.-220 A.D.)developed their own ideas regarding this relationship from the perspective of"unification."All of them accepted the concept of a"unified"state centered around the central government of the Han Dynasty;they advocated for the use of legal and institutional systems to constrain local powers, with the goal of"strengthening the central authority while weakening the local forces."They also emphasized the use of ritual systems to limit local power, thereby reinforcing the supreme status of imperial authority.Furthermore, they paid significant attention to exploring the central-local relationship from an economic standpoint, seeking to strengthen the economic foundation of the"unified"state.Unfortunately, the emphasis placed by these"philosophers"on centralization led to an overcorrection, often neglecting the importance of a positive, constructive interaction between the central and local governments.Despite this, the thought on the relationship between the central and local governments articulated by the"philosophers"of the Han Dynasty holds a crucial place in the history of Chinese political thought.关键词
