Research on the Path to High-Quality Manufacturing Development Empowered by the Digital Economy Based on Force Field Analysis

Abstract
A clear understanding of the dynamic mechanism through which the digital e-conomy empowers the high-quality development of manufacturing is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the digital transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing sector.To fully reveal the intrinsic mechanism of this empowerment,this study applies the procedural grounded theory method to code and analyze case data from typical manufacturing enterprises.It extracts five core dynamic factors:market demand pull,foundational layout support,development direction guidance,production factor drive,and multi-party collaboration.Furthermore,through force field analysis,it con-structs a dynamic cycle model,termed the"pull,supporting,guiding,driving,and col-laborative forces"model,to articulate this empowerment process.This model reveals the underlying dynamic mechanism from a force field perspective,offering a novel theoretical foundation for both research and practice of leveraging the digital economy to foster high-quality manufacturing development.关键词
