环境因素对胰腺癌发生、发展的影响及其机制研究进展
Advances in researching the impact of environmental factors on the initiation and progression of pancreatic cancer and their underlying mechanisms
摘要
Abstract
Pancreatic cancer is a malignancy with a very poor prognosis,with a five-year survival rate of only about 10％.Due to the lack of effective early screening methods,pancreatic cancer is often diagnosed at an advanced stage,when local blood vessel invasion or distant metastasis has occurred,making clinical treat-ment extremely challenging.As a result,prevention,early diagnosis and prompt treatment are crucial.Envi-ron-mental factors play a significant role in the development of pancreatic cancer.Smoking,a major environ-mental factor,has been identified as a primary carcinogen for this disease.Other factors,such as diet,alcohol consumption,chronic pancreatiti and obesity,also contribute to the initiation and progression of pancreat-ic cancer.This paper reviewed the impact of environmental factors on pancreatic cancer,explored the potential mechanisms involved,and discussed future research directions and the clinical application of these findings based on current epidemiological and molecular biology studies.关键词
