体重调整腰围指数与女性2型糖尿病合并尿失禁的相关性研究
Correlation between weight-adjusted waist index and urinary incontinence in women with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between weight-adjusted waist index and urinary inconti-nence in women with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 374 female patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)who were hospitalized in The First Hospital of Lanzhou University from May 2022 to July 2023 were randomly enrolled in the study,and their clinical data were collected.They were divided into T2DM group and T2DM combined incontinence group according to whether they were combined incontinence or not,and the biochemical indexes of each group were compared.The prevalence of urinary incontinence and its subtypes in each group was compared by weight-adjusted waist index tertile method.Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the development of urinary incontinence in women with T2DM.Stratified Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between weight-adjusted waist index and the combined urinary incontinence and subtypes of T2DM in women.The predictive value of weight-adjusted waist index for urinary incontinence in women with T2DM was evaluated using the subject operating charac-teristic curve.Results Analysis of the baseline data showed that the weight-adjusted waist index of the T2DM combined incontinence group was higher than that of the T2DM group(P＜0.05).In the high-level weight-ad-justed waist index group,there were 100 cases of urinary incontinence,with an incidence of 80.0％,48 cases of stress incontinence,with an incidence of 38.4％,and 39 cases of urge incontinence,with an incidence of 31.2％.In the low-weight-adjusted waist circumference index group,there were 38 cases of urinary inconti-nence,with an incidence of 30.4％,and 16 cases of stress incontinence and urge incontinence,both with an incidence of 12.8％.Regression analysis showed that high levels of weight-adjusted waist index were associ-ated with urinary incontinence,stress and urge incontinence.Logistic regression analysis further revealed that weight-adjusted waist index was a risk factor for the development of combined urinary incontinence in women with T2DM.Conclusion High levels of weight-adjusted waist circumference index in the female T2DM population are at increased risk for urinary incontinence,stress incontinence,and urge incontinence and should be aggressively intervened and prevented.关键词
