摘要

Abstract

Mapping reviews,as an important method for revealing the current state of research and identify-ing evidence gaps,provide crucial references for decision-making and scientific research and have attracted significant attention from both domestic and international academic organizations and institutions,such as the Campbell Collaboration,the Initiative for Impact Evaluation(3ie),and the Center for Evidence-Based Medi-cine of Lanzhou University.This study systematically reviewed and made an in-depth analysis of the latest developments in mapping reviews,offering a detailed introduction to their origins,terminologies,definitions,production processes and reporting standards.It also outlined future prospects for researchers in conducting high-quality studies that embody the characteristics of mapping reviews,promoting their transition from re-search to practical application,establishing high-level international platforms for collaboration and communi-cation and advancing the intelligent development of mapping reviews,with the aim of providing a scientific basis and valuable reference for research in related fields in China.
